• Returns are accepted for products that are either damaged upon receipt or have manufacturing defects.

• Upon receiving your request, our team will arrange the return process and coordinate with our courier company to collect the product from your specified location.

1.3 Condition of Returned Items:

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags and labels attached.

2. Refunds

2.1 Full Refund:

• A full refund will be issued for items that are determined to be damaged upon receipt. To qualify, customers must provide photos of the damages to office@hukuboutique.com as proof within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 Half Refund:

• A half refund is applicable for products that have manufacturing defects, which are identified after initial usage. Customers should document and send photos of the defects to our email for verification and processing.

2.3 Refund Processing:

• Once we receive the returned item and verify the condition and reason for return, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Returnable Items
